Stephanie & Jeff’s Vermont Elopement @Edson Hill

To call Stephanie & Jeff easy-going would be an understatement. To call them anything but fun and adorable would be a downright lie. They’re the type of people you only *hope* to call friends because they’re just that cool. After having lived in Vermont for 6 years, they could not imagine getting married anywhere BUT in Vermont and were super flexible, even when a cold front moved in and delayed their wedding by a day.

They only got to the amazing and incredibly fabulous Edson Hill the afternoon before and tirelessly scouted the property to find a ceremony location that was just perfect for them. With my own husband, Damian, officiating we were all set for an enchanted forest wedding in the Green Mountain State.

One of Vermont’s most phenomenal bakeries, Birchgrove Baking, provided the wedding cake for Stephanie & Jeff’s wedding … and it was incredibly delicious.

After some cake, we roamed the property and got to watch the Horse Whisperess at work!

We timed everything perfectly so we caught the Golden Hour in the hills above Stowe and the light as well as the mood was just magical.

“If this isn’t nice, I don’t know what is.” – Kurt Vonnegut, “A Man Without a Country”

Stephanie & Jeff – it’s hard to put into words how much your trust means to us. Trusting us to “make it official” and to document the occasion. We can’t wait to hear what the future has in store for you, how many animals you’re going to adopt and to see pictures of what will be the bash of the year in Nashville.

With much love & appreciation.
